Can I use my purchase of Facetune2 VIP on both an Android and iOS device? Can I transfer my Facetune2 VIP purchase from iOS to Android or vice versa?
Because Google Play and Apple are two different platforms, the purchases made on one platform cannot be transferred to another, unfortunately.
If I purchased VIP for Facetune2, do I have to pay for it again to use it on another device?
Facetune2 is a universal app per operating system. Once you have purchased VIP, you can download Facetune2 and use your VIP on another device without paying again as long as you are signed in to your device using the same Apple ID or Google Account that was used to make the purchase. Please note, your purchase will only be universal on your payment platform. This means that if you purchased Facetune2 VIP for your iPhone, you can use it on your iPad or other iOS mobile devices only. If you purchased Facetune2 on Google Play, you can use your purchase on other Android devices.
How do I get a refund for VIP?
We’re sorry to hear you are looking for a refund! If you are using an iOS device, all decisions regarding refunds and payments are dealt with directly by Apple. Can I use Facetune2 to change the color of my hair?
Absolutely! You can use the Hair tool to change your hair's color. Just tap on Hair > Recolor > use the color Palette to select a new color for your hair. This will automatically detect where the hair is and apply the new color. You can also manually select where to apply the effect by tapping on Apply and using the brush and/or eraser for this.A great tip when coloring your hair with Facetune2 is to use Blend and Glow to adjust the effect's intensity and achieve an even more natural look.
Can I use Facetune2 to fix bald spots or thicken hair?
Absolutely! You can do this with the Patch tool by following these steps:- Tap Patch > use two fingers in an outward motion to zoom in close to the area you are looking to fill/thicken
- Swipe your finger over the area where you are looking to apply the Patch > use two fingers to reposition and adjust the patch.
Can you use Facetune2 to edit your face?
The app has a wide array of tools for photo editing. Ever wonder how everyone’s working bold brows or voluminous glossy lips? You can try it out on Facetune2 with our special retouching tools and the Face tool to tweak features or make little adjustments if you’d like. Can I use my own photos in Facetune2?
You can definitely Facetune your own photos! Just tap on the Photo Drawer at the top of the app > choose an album from your Gallery or Photos app > tap on image to begin editing it. If you’re having trouble finding your own images within the app, make sure you have allowed the app to access your Gallery or Photos app. If you are using an Android device, head to the settings on your device > tap Apps > scroll down and select Facetune 2 > tap Permissions and make sure Storage is enabled. If you are using an iOS device, head to the settings app > scroll down and select Facetune2 > tap and make sure you've granted access to your Photos and Microphone.
Where can I find Facetune2 Demo Photos?
Facetune offers a number of Demo Photos for you to use, edit and practice using the app with, and you can find these within the app. If you are using an iOS device, you can find them by tapping on the Photo Drawer at the top right of the app > tap on the album > Albums > select Demo Photos > choose one of the available Demo Photos. What is the difference between the VIP packages?
Each VIP package offers full access to all of the tools and features available in the app. The only difference between each package is how long you will have VIP access for. Keep in mind that subscriptions renew automatically. If you make a one time purchase you have unlimited access without ever having to pay again!
If I already subscribed to Facetune2 VIP, do I also get VIP in Facetune Video for free?

Can I edit my own videos in Facetune Video?
You can definitely Facetune your own videos! Just tap on the Photo Drawer at the top left of the app > select an album from your Photos app > tap on a video to edit. Will ANY video work for Facetune Video?
Facetune Video is so easy to use and works for all types of videos! You can edit any frame in the video and the app will apply those edits to the entire video automatically; it's that simple! Pro tip: Videos with a full, uncovered face throughout will produce the best results!
What is the “Looks” feature in Facetune Video and how does it work?
Looks is a super-cool feature in Facetune Video that we are very excited about! Looks allows you to save your edits so you can apply them to your next video with just 1 tap. To save your Look, simply edit your video > tap the Export button at the top right > make sure the Looks icon at the bottom left is checked, and that’s all! Your edits will automatically be saved for your next video.
Can I use Facetune Video to thin my face?
One of the many amazing tools in the app is the Reshape feature! Reshape can adjust the size, width and height of your nose, eyes, lips and jaw as well as thicken, lift or shape eyebrows. For the cheapest and easiest face lift ever, simply tap on Reshape > Jaw > move the slider to adjust the intensity of the edit. It is truly that easy!
Does Facetune Video offer makeup tools?
Besides the contouring magic of the Touch Up tool, which can be found in Retouch, you can also add flawless lipstick to your video selfies! Simply tap on Smile > Color > scroll through the dozens of colors we have to choose from OR tap on the rainbow swatch and pick your own color!
